Accelerator is also called vulcanization accelerator, referred to as accelerator. Any substance that can activate the vulcanizing agent and accelerate the cross-linking reaction between the vulcanizing agent and the rubber molecule, thereby shortening the vulcanization time and reducing the vulcanization temperature, is called a vulcanization accelerator.
(1) Speed up vulcanization;
(2) Shorten the curing time;
(3) Reduce the vulcanization reaction temperature;
(4) Reduce the amount of vulcanizing agent;
(5) Improve the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanizate.
