Uses:
It is accelerator for chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber and acrylic ester rubber. It is suitable to be used in the vulcanization by metal oxide, and the effect will be better when magnesia or zinc oxide is taken as vulcanizing agent. It is safe to operate, and doesn’t scorch easily. At normal vulcanization temperature, it enjoys high vulcanizing speed. And as the dosage increases, the speed will increase even more while scorch resistance will decrease. The scorch resistance can be improved when used with Accelerator DM. The vulcanized rubber processed by this product has strong tensile stress at a given elongation, slight compression deflection, high elasticity and high heat resistance. It neither discolors nor pollutes the environment, and is easily dispersed in rubber. The normal dosage is 0.25-1.5 portions.
