Uses:
As typical representative of zinc dithiocarbamaate, it is super accelerator for natural or synthetic rubber, and general accelerator for latex. It is good activating agent for thiazile and sulphenamide accelerator. It is also water-insoluble accelerator for latex, with little influence to its stability. It is suitable for white, transparent or bright-color products. It is mostly used to manufacture latex products, and also used to make medical products, rubber cloth, and self-vulcanization products. The normal dosage in dry rubber compound is 0.1-1 portion, while that in latex compound is 0.5-1 portion.
