Uses:
This is the main accelerator for EPT rubber, Butadiene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber and other general rubber. When the temperature is over 149°C, it’s very active and its delay action and processing safety is better than those of Accelerator M, Accelerator MD and most of other benzothiazole or sulphenamide accelerator. When the temperature is lower than 149°C, Accelerator NOBS, Accelerator M or Accelerator DM, etc can be added to activate it. When vulcanizing natural rubber at high temperature, it enjoys excellent anti-recovery property, and product processed by it will be highly heat-resistant.
