MCSM RUBBER

Chemical name:  Modified Chlorosulfonated polyethylene  rubber

Usage:
     MCSM rubber is one kind of Modified Chlorosulfonated polyethylene  rubber, the air impermeability is equality to the Halogenated butyl rubber,but the oil resistance is better than the NBR(Nitrile rubber), otherwise it has the excellent character of antiaging and anti-high tempreture, the rubber featured the superior compatibility with all kinds of Diene rubber.
     The MCSM rubber is mailnly applicated in the seal part(inner linner) of the tire rubber,and in the oil resistance, high tempreture resistance, weather effect resistance rubber.  It could instead of Bromobutyl rubber When was applicated in the seal part of tire rubber, for its curing spped is not so fast, the adviced instead portion is 5-10 dosage. There is an obvious improvement of the air impermeability and rubber’s manufacture operation ability when the MCSM rubber was complexed with the other rubber.
