Properties:
Non-toxic yellow powder , slight bitter. Partly solbue in benzene, insolbule in water and ooil, stable in storage.
Uses:
curing system specially for MCM. According to the performance and producing requirements, normal pre-dosage is 2.5 portion or above, recommended dosage is 2.5-3.5 portions.
Packing:
